My sims 4 Game Options won't load. I am able to enter CAS and can't enter the actual game. However my issue is that I am trying to reduce the graphics and it won't let me because when I try to open Game Options it simply shows Graphics, Audio and Music but everything is blank.
@laras1234567 This is usually a mod-related issue, particularly with mods that affect the user interface. If you have any of those, or any mods form TwistedMexi, please remove them and delete localthumbcache.package as well, then test.
If you don't have those mods or removing them doesn't help, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache (again), then test.
