Sims 4 not launching
Having trouble launching Sims 4 digital deluxe. When I press play on origin the small tab thing comes up in the right hand corner however it doesn't load the game, instead it takes me back to origin....

@Bethl0uise1 Try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@puzzlezaddict Thank you so much for the advice. Unfortunately I have tried this and nothing happens - I have sent the dxdiag to EA and they advised the issue was that I needed to put my laptop in safe mode. I did this and still the game will not launch.
Do you have any other ideas?
- @Bethl0uise1 update on situation - I called EA and they were useless. Basically told me they had no idea why it is not loading so I need to figure it out myself
- @Bethl0uise1 Could you post your specs here too ? We don't have access to what you sent to EA.
