Sims 4 not launching

@puzzlezaddict Unfortunately I couldn't find any Sims 4 .dmp files so I followed your directions and checked again but still nothing. I know my game was working perfectly before gshades so idk.. I appreciate all of your help though! 🙂

I had a error startup configuration, basically I amended my graphics rules in the main folder for SSAO and Sim Texture, then copied the file to the Config folder override folder, its always worked until last patch update, been thinking it was cc related it's not, I'm not saying this is your problem but try and take the config file out of your override folder if you have one and see if it starts, mine did straight away I just left the config in the main game bin. I apologize about my english it is not my native language.

    @CoffeyN7 So turns out my config folder was already in my general game bin. I tried adding it back to my override folder to see if maybe that was my problem but still nothing. Any other fixes?
