@hg15xjwm05x2 Please download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and see whether it can find the EA App. If it can, remove the App, restart your computer, and try installing again. If not, please go here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts
and delete the EA Desktop folder. Then use Piriform's CCleaner (the free version is fine) to remove any EA App-related registry entries, restart your computer, and try again to install the App.
If this doesn't work, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
