Sims 4 Not Opening

@mykalshaun Please run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files. Here's how:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
If the game still doesn't load, please try launching it in windowed mode. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, enter -w (with the hyphen) in the command line box, and save. That instructs Origin to use windowed mode regardless of your in-game settings.
If that doesn't work either, please try playing in a new admin user account on your computer. In the new user account, you can still sign into your existing Origin account and launch the game from there; you just won't have any access to your saves or other user content. That can be addressed later, but for now, please just see whether the game works with no added content in the new user account.
