4lavanta Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), restart your computer, and reinstall the App. Then try to launch Sims 4. If it doesn't work, let me know what you see, including a screenshot or the text of any error you get.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.
