Also, when checking on my drivers, it says that my software is up-to-date. However, I noticed that my graphics driver version is not the same as the most up-to-date version (I'll attach a screenshot below). Should I keep the version that I currently have since it technically says it is up-to-date, or download the latest version?
Your computername starts with Desktop. That generally indicates that it is a desktop.
Yes you should upgrade your Graphics driver. The Intel software mentioned are for the chipset.
When I tried to install the driver, I received an error message saying that the driver being installed is not validated for my computer, and to obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer.
Edit: I checked Dell's support website to see if there were any updates to my graphics driver and it seems like it is up-to-date, so I will try and run the game on lower settings and windowed mode to see if the issue persists, but it doesn't seem like my settings matter because the issue has been happening no matter what I try.
