sims 4 not responding to commands

My sims 4 will work for maybe 30 minutes and then at ransom times they’ll stop responding. they will just stand there no matter the command, they don’t take care of their own needs they just stay in place, the pet i have will roam around but the playable characters just stand still. i’ve tried many methods under different subs and have already deleted all of my cc, i’ve turned down visual aspects, tried debugging them with cheats, and have tried on different households and nothing works.
