When I go into the ea app and click play it logs out and doesn’t bring me into sims 4, it just says I’m already playing but I’m not in my game, another thing is when I put open as administrator it doesn’t always work but when it does let me into my game my sims 4 hairs start to disappear when I move the camera back

I deleted my game entirely from my computer then put it back and it shows me this
but it still doesn’t put me in the game ,and I also did what you said and restarted it
Dasies45 Click the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then click Power, then choose Restart.
I have a desktop so how do I restart it
Dasies45 Does this happen if you restart your computer immediately before you want to play? I mean a real restart, not sleep/wake or closing and opening the laptop lid.
If that doesn't help, try forcing the EA App to update. Go here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
and launch the EAUpdater.exe. Then restart your computer and try again to play.
when I do manage to get in the game I don’t get an error
I have to go to task manager to close the task because it’s not opening the game.
This is what I mean by it’s not putting me in the game
