Sims 4 not running
I was having the same problem with the CAS demo. I run the game, the wheel turns telling me its thinking, then nothing. No new proccesses running, no nothing.

I was unable to launch the CAS without putting it into windows 7 compatibility mode and running as administrator. I have tried setting both ts4.exe and activationui.exe to those settings and it does not fix the problem.

Thanks. For the next step, can you uninstall your existing graphics drivers, then install a fresh set from the manufacturer's site?
If this has no effect, try running the system file checker: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
reinstalling graphics drivers had no effect. running the system file checker found nothing.
Its still not working, any more ideas?
