Sims 4 Not Showing up in my Origin games

So I when I bought the disk version of sims 4 it worked perfectly from origin then I came on to Origin again not long ago and it wasn't there it wasn't any where on origin and I just wanted to know w...

    Hey @m8ikku,

    You would need to reach back out to an advisor so they can take a closer look at the account in this case.

    If you need to post again after that point please feel free to start a new thread if there's not a more recent one on the topic you'd like to discuss.

iv'e done this and my game wont still show up. I contacted the support service earlier today and they said that they couldn't help me???? is there anyone who knows how to fix this?
