margoat07  Your dxdiag doesn't list any Sims 4 crashes, or any errors that point to a particular reason the game might nto start.  So please check your antivirus, as described in the thread I linked above.  What you've described is often the result of the game being blocked rather than failing to start.

If that's not the issue, please list the location of the Documents directory on your computer.  Right-click the special Documents icon in the left panel of a File Explorer window (it's not just a regular folder icon but something unique to Documents) and select Properties > Location, or General if Location isn't there.  The location should be this:

    C:\Users\your username\Documents

But let me know if you see OneDrive in there, or something else entirely.

Viggo901234 michisbirazz  Please check your antivirus settings to make sure Windows Defender isn't blocking the game.  That's a very big current issue:

Game failing to launch. Windows flagging TS4_Launcher_x64.exe as Trojan | EA Forums - 13577796

If that's not the cause for you, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If that doesn't help either, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
