sims 4 pack not showing up

hello, so i bought a pack and downloaded it, and in the game it says « restart to complete the download » even tho i did restart it a billion times already, i also tried to reinstall ts4 but still didnt work, i tried to repair it but still nothing so i reinstalled the pack but still didnt work..

What should i do ? also im using the EA app

    @zazouilleuh and of of those is not showing up then?

    shut down EA app completely. If you then reinstall origin using www.dm.origin.com/download (don't worry, don't need to uninstall EA app) and log in on there, does the pack show and launch?

    @DeanXeL ok so it worked !! im so glad, thank you sooooo much 😃 so the app was the problem after all, well hope you have a great day (after helping me out all day)

    I am also having the same issue, I brought several packs they “download” on the EA app when I press play it loads and launches but the packs are not there 

    says something like in order to get packs “please restart” I’ve restarted, I’ve reset cache, I’ve uninstalled and installed. 

    I removed the folder to the desktop that pretended to work by saying “game content has been delivered” but when I play the game, content is still not there. 

    Lol, I’ve tried everything and nothing is working

    Hello.

    Is anyone is still seeing this issue with EA App?

    If so, could you go to Help > EA Error Reporter, submit an Error Report, and share the Report ID through direct message?
