Sims 4 Pack removed

Question

I tried everything people have told me to do and even repaired redownloaded and bought new packs. Someone who previously told me that they were removed from my account but I'm not sure why Discover University and Snowy Escape would be the only two that were removed and not all of them and why they were removed in the first place since I don't do or download anything that goes against EA or the Sims rules.&nbsp;

Were these packs purchased originally through the EA app/Origin directly? If so, as&nbsp;@Gagea25&nbsp;has mentioned, please review your Order History on your EA account and let me know what you see for these transactions- completed, failed, pending, or refunded.&nbsp;
