@ryeewhiskee Which packs' content is missing? And what game version are you running? Please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look in the lower-right area, or along the bottom of the screen. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
The missing packs are as follows...Seasons, Realm of magic, Spooky, Werewolves, and Get to work...of course I own the digital deluxe but like I said since I bought EA Play it seems like I am playing the EA play version...there are items missing as well.
Thank you for taking the time to reply!

Hello @ryeewhiskee,
From your game library in the EA App, if you click The Sims 4 game tile and select the three dots at the upper right of the game tile and select Manage Add-Ons, does all your DLC show as installed there, or does the missing DLC need to be downloaded?

@EA_SolaireFirst off on the EA app I do not have 3 dots in the upper right...I can however get to manage add ons and yes it says that everything is installed.
The content is just not showing in game. My ghoulish guitar is no where to be found...I can only make a mermaid from the occult button...I can not make a wizard or a werewolf.
There is no rain. I am not on the digital deluxe version.
I have talked to online chat, through emails. and to CS on the phone so many times now and all I get is blah blah blah.I have repaired the game at least 10 times and all I get on the play page is restart to use.
This has been going on for at least 3 weeks now and I was playing the digital deluxe version until I paid for EA Play so now I am playing the EA version...I am beyond frustrated.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated...thank you- puzzlezaddict3 years agoHero+
@ryeewhiskee For any pack with missing content, please delete the folder for that pack. They'll all be in the game's program files, specifically in [install location]\The Sims 4; that install location might be Program Files\EA Games or Program Files (x86)\Origin Games, or a custom install location if you chose one. The packs' folders are as follows:
Get to Work: EP01
Seasons: EP05
Realm of Magic: GP08
Werewolves: GP12
Spooky Stuff: SP04
I'm not sure about the guitar, but if you see an FP02 pack, that would be it. (FP01 is the holiday celebration pack, F standing for free.) Once you've deleted these folders, clear the cache for whichever app you want to use (again) and redownload the packs.

If this doesn't work, create a new folder on your computer, on the root level of the drive you want to use (as in, it's not within another folder; its file path is just C:\Games or whatever name you choose). Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Move Game, and choose the folder you created. Once Origin has finished the process, repair again and then see whether your content shows up.
