46en6mixn40f When you open the EA App and click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, do you see your packs listed, and are they installed? Have you confirmed that none of the packs' content is loading in-game? And does it help to clear the EA App's cache and repair (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair)?

I was going to make a thread about this same issue happening on my PC (and can still make a thread about it). I've done the things listed several times, rebooted the computer, uninstalled the EA app and then reinstalled it, pretty much anything under the sun in an attempt to be able to use the packs.
