Sims 4 Parenthood Missing Code?

I just purchased the sims 4 parenthood game pack, and I have the receipt and everything showing that I purchased it, but it won't let me download it without a product code? I never received a code, not even on the receipt?

    I bought it from the origin website.

    Then you shouldn't need a code

    Click on the base game in your client and go to the tab Extra Content. There you should find it to download/install

    If it's not there, log out and back in.
