Jaxx776 Google Drive won't let me access the file, probably because it's set to Restricted rather than allowing "anyone with the link" to download it. But if the file is almost a month old, it's not going to be useful for any current issue and wouldn't be related to Sims 4's graphics issues anyway.
The errors in a dxdiag don't have time stamps on them, so I can't tell you when they happened. The Reliability Monitor (Windows key-R, perfmon /rel to open) would show you exactly when any given error happened. If you are getting newer BSODs and you still don't see any minidumps, that's concerning. But if the newest one is weeks old, you can let it go until and unless you see another sign of a system issue.
