Sims 4 Plants and Grass Dull in Live Mode

When I'm in build mode from the Manage Worlds menu (Clicking on a lot and then the build icon) The plants look normal and bright like they're supposed to, but when I go to build while in Live Mode (clicking the build icon while in Live Mode on a lot) the plants are very dull and almost look brown. I do not have any mods or cc in my game, my game is updated, and it happens every time. I have repaired my game and tried reinstalling, but the issue still occurs. This issue has been happening to me for quite a few months. I assumed it would go away in a patch or something because it's a bug, but it hasn't. I've seen some people having this issue with the grass, but I also have this with the plants.

Is it me being stupid or is this an actual bug? Thank you in advance for any help! :D
