Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

looks like you only have an integrated graphics chips
This issue is still open: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-Duller-Grass-with-Seasons-Patch/td-p/6871960 and I'm guessing that's what you're seeing. Maybe they did some tweaking on it.
Please also check the Intel Download Center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com if there's newer drivers for your chip.
