Sims 4 problem with colours!!!

So yesterday I finally installed my Sims 4 after waiting a veryy long time and then I open my game and see what?! pic 1 

I think on my sims 4 demo I had the same problem but I thought it was just a bug. Yesterday I told the game advisor about this and he told me to ''fix a game'' in origin, so I did that but it is still the same ☹️ In the hause the sim looks the same pic 2 and basically all of them pic 3.

I had sims 2 and sims 3 on this computer and never had this problem. I really don't know what is going on, can someone please help me?
