Sims 4 product key or retreiving origin account

I installed origin created  a new account and bought the Sims 4 the other day I got not even half way through installing the disc (and entered the product key) when my computer crashed, I had to do...

@keerthanag679this is a three year old thread. Please specify your problem, did your computer crash or do you have problem logging into your origin account?
