Are you shure you wrote the product key correctly?
Ps:
if it is under 24 hours sense you purchased the game, demand a refund as alot of people that purchase the sims 4 can't play the game afther a day.
I bought my sims4 for 599 NOK, and the next day i can't play it.
go buy it somewhere else than Origin.
