Hi @gazzamuso,

I am sorry to hear that you have run into issues with Sims 4 and our support.

The PS4 pre-order cannot over write your PC order, as PS4 order is done via PlayStation Network and billing is handled by them as well.

As for the PC version, is it possible that you never played the full release game and only played the Create A Sim demo? If you did play the full game, is it possible you played on another account?
