sims 4 random baby glitch

Ok, so i am currently running the Sims 4 limited edit with CC and 1 mod which is auto testingcheatsenabled true... Had these mods a while and no problem. I don't think my issue has anything to do with mods but I shifted on my new born baby and accidentally pressed "set as head" but while doing so I was actually playing my YA female. So a baby crib appeared on my sims head and i decided to "reset sim" and now a random baby has spawned. My sim already has 2 new borns and i don't need another one so is there a way to remove the baby? I have no relationships with the baby, it's not appearing in my sim's friend list and the baby hasn't added my family so what should i do? Like is there a mod to put kids up for adoption or is there a way to remove it?

I've just tried to interact with it but my sim can't interact as if something is in the way but the crib is placed outside where nothing surrounds it
