@puzzlezaddict I have been doing some research and it turns out latest nvidia drivers can cause dwm to crash this is a quote I found from a website.
"Your Windows 10 system could be equipped with advanced graphics cards that are too hard for the dwm.exe process to handle. Latest Nvidia drivers, in particular, cause the dwm.exe process to fail"
I have tried installing older drivers but Nvidia won't let me or give me the option to try so I'm a bit stuck now, not sure if this is anything to do with it but wanted to post on here for you.
We are considering investing in a new psu as reading around the one we have isn't great and might not be able to handle such a demanding game, not sure if I am clutching at straws though, but I am getting to the point now where I don't want to play anymore ā¹ļø
EDIT - I downloaded OCCT and ran the power test and within a few minutes it crashed, blue screen, fans going mad and I got this report -

Is this looking more and more like a psu issue?
