Test this PSU first, this is most probably a hardware problem and the PSU could be the problem.

@loubylou1983 What do you have for a power supply? (If you're not sure, you can just look at it.) lease list the manufacturer, wattage, and rating, i.e. Corsair 750W 80+ Gold; or just link the product page if you know what model you have.
The hwinfo log has some strange readings. For one, a couple of the PSU readings aren't present at all, and in fact they're the ones I'd most want to know about. Your graphics card runs fine on full load for a couple minutes, but then the wattage starts to fluctuate, suggesting there might be a power issue. It's difficult to tell though without a direct reading.
Your GPU fan also reports running at zero RPM, which is odd considering that it's doing a good job of keeping the card relatively cool. Still, it would be good to physically look at the fan and make sure it runs when the computer is on. Other than a couple of stranded sensors that don't seem to be connected to anything, all the temperature readings look fine.
For the case fan, it's not unusual to have one or more fans plugged into a hub which is plugged directly into the PSU. It's still better to have the fan plugged into the motherboard as well though. It should have a small cable with an equally small four-pin connector that you can plug into the board's case fan header. Look for the one labeled with a v on page 14 of your motherboard's manual:

I'm not sure this is a power issue though. Since the dxdiag just lists a bunch of the same errors with the MSI software, please try to play again, let the game crash, then look for an associated entry in the Relibility Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is all the way on the right. Please click "view technical details" on the most recent entry, double-check its timestamp (specifically within the technical details) to make sure it is in fact from when the game crashed, copy the info, and paste it here.

Looking at it all 3 fans are running on start up of the computer.
I started up the game again as suggested and like yesterday it crashed within 5 minutes, I ran the perfom rel test as you suggested and there were 3 entries for the crash so I put them into notepad and have attached them for you to take a look at, I have also done another dxdiag just incase that shows anything new.
The psu the computer has is an evolab ATX switching psu - Model - E500BR

@loubylou1983 It is a bit strange that the Desktop Windows Manager would be crashing while you're playing Sims 4, even more so because you ran DISM and sfc a couple of weeks ago and they didn't fix the issue. But please run them again now, just to be thorough. Here's the earlier description of how to do it:

@puzzlezaddict Thank you again, I ran the programmes, first time I did it this morning I got message to say the operation completed successfully.
I then ran it again and got an interesting message it said -
Windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. for offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag. I can't attach it as it is too big, but could try and split it if you need to see it.
Do you think it might be worth investing in a new psu anyway? Reading around the evolab doesn't sound that great!
EDIT - I have tried to play the game twice since this and it is still crashing the only information I am getting from perfmon is - The previous system shutdown at 09:45:00 on ā26/ā04/ā2020 was unexpected.
I then tried again and got the blue screen again with the fans going mad, I went back into perfmon and got another report and it looks the same as the prev one, but I have attached it again incase it says something different.
I have also ran another dxdiag so it has the last few crashes on it. Tbh I am getting to the point where I don't want to play it anymore, I am just playing waiting for it to crash ā¹ļø

@puzzlezaddict I have been doing some research and it turns out latest nvidia drivers can cause dwm to crash this is a quote I found from a website.
"Your Windows 10 system could be equipped with advanced graphics cards that are too hard for the dwm.exe process to handle. Latest Nvidia drivers, in particular, cause the dwm.exe process to fail"
I have tried installing older drivers but Nvidia won't let me or give me the option to try so I'm a bit stuck now, not sure if this is anything to do with it but wanted to post on here for you.
We are considering investing in a new psu as reading around the one we have isn't great and might not be able to handle such a demanding game, not sure if I am clutching at straws though, but I am getting to the point now where I don't want to play anymore ā¹ļø

Thank you for commenting, it started acting up again so yeah I tried each ram in each slot and it still only lasted no longer than 5 mins before it crashed with bsod, whirring fans and dsm.exe crashing ā¹ļø
@loubylou1983 Do you have any other RAM you can test instead? It might be useful to find out whether a completely different module produced the same crashing.
I could take the ram out of my daughters computer (if I can get her away from it) and see if that works, I will keep you updated š
I tried some different ram, got excited cos it let me play for about 20mins but then crashed again. I went into reliability monitor and there was no reason for it, it just said windows wasn't shut down properly etc. This time though I didn't get bsod, the game crashed and seemed to restart my system.
EDIT - I then restarted the sims, with the ram in the same slot played for 5 mins bsod fans going mad and dsm the culprit again.
Swapped the ram into the other slot, loaded up the sims had about 10mins before it crashed with bsod and fans again so I'm not sure what that means.
It did feel warm when I was swapping things around, we purchased a new fan which we put in yesterday to try and help. Could my graphics card be getting too hot?
My partner has bought me a new psu - he think this might have something to do with it - it is due to come either today or tomorrow but I'm not sure if it will do the trick.
@loubylou1983 The temperatures looked fine in your hwinfo log, although it's possible that something changed since you ran it. You can run another one and upload it for us to look at if you want, or just open hwinfo and have a look at the listed temps.
The fact that the computer crashed again with the new memory narrows things down a bit, but I'm not the best one to explain. By the way, what RAM did you use? Again, a serial number would be great, or else all the usual stats.

The new psu came yesterday and since it has been installed I have had no problems at all, the game ran for 6 hours straight without one crash! So it looks like my rubbish psu was the cause. I'm not great with computers so not sure how that caused the constant app crashes but all seems to be sorted now š
