sims 4 reset the entire game
All of my households are gone and it's back to the tutorial. I also don't see the households on the gallery. How do I get my households back?

Do you still have files in the saves or tray folder ? Did you move that folder ? Did you ever make a backup of it ?
In the saves folder it says Slot_00000001.save all the way to Slot_00000006.save.ver4 and in the tray folder it has documents that end in .householdbinary, .blueprint, .trayitem, .bpi, .hhi, and .sgi
Do you use the play button or the load one on the main menu ? Try the load one to see if your game is still there
I'm sorry, but where is the load button? All there is on the main menu is the play button.
Also, I keep trying to go online but it won't let me. I had played offline before so I don't know what happened.
Laden would be load and neu would be New. Do you not have those ?
- It used to be there, but since it reset it hasn't been there.
Do you have a slot0000006.save or only slot0000006.save.ver0 - slot0000006.save.ver4 ?
There is a slot_00000006.save in the folder
Weird then. That should show up.
Try the following: Backup the entire saves folder to a flash drive/other place on your hard drive then rename the saves folder. Start the game and let it create a new one. Start a new game and save that under a name of your choice. Close the game. Move the backups back and see if they then show up.
