I haven't played in a while and so had updates to install when I ran Origin and Sims. I also installed the Get Together expansion and the Movie pack. Now when I run the game it acts like I've never played before (despite the 195 hours listed in Origin) and all of my save files are gone (even from under the EA file in My Documents). I am being forced to start again from scratch. My lineage is gone. ☹️
Even my gallery saves are gone!
Search your computer if the documents folder was moved somewhere by accident.
If you start the game without it being present, the game creates a new one, resetting all your progress.
So search your computer for TRAY for example.
Not t I can find. The file is where it should be. Its just empty of saves.
Did you ever backup your files ?
I fear if there's no files on your computer, there's not much you can do other than start over.
If you started the game, you will have the folder, that's normal.
It couldn't find the existing one and created a new one - without your saves.
