When you did the factory reset above, did the same happen on a new save or just on that same one ?
When I did a reset (4x by the way), the issue continued on my main saves. However, on a brand new game 100% zero player made households with mods enabled and disabled, the saving worked. Didn't even get the save file in-game renamed to "scratch". But my main saves with years of gameplay? Save issue with new saves and old. Save files in-game constantly being named to Scratch. With and without mods. I don't feel comfortable showing my pc info but I am at a lost with this bug. Normally I can find solutions to Sims 4 bugs but this is a bug I never had before. I want to add more info to my issue in case I didn't mention before. My sim's babies disappear but their basinets stay. I don't know how that is possible with this save. It's like it's picking what it wants to save and not, instead of what I want it to save. Basinet staying is the only thing my main saves keep but the babies go right back into the womb. Every thing is reverted except the basinets!
EDIT by crinrict: Downloaded and remove DxDiag

@HenriettaStrife I removed your DxDiag after downloading as you said you don't feel comfy sharing them publicly.
If it's just that save, it might be something else though.
Which drive do you have the user files on ? How big is that save game ?Do you have any open windows updates ?
