Sims 4 screen flashing white/black upon launch, crashing

This has been my last resort. I've been working on a solution for this for the past couple hours but nothing has worked. After installing this new update through Steam, every time I open the game it'...

Please help it's been 5 whole days and nights of trying g every trick in the book from .moving the folders, uninstaling windows updates, graphics, deleting files, ETC. please..I need some help with this I love this game a lot and I don't wanna end up paying EA for it when I got from steam. I am currently factory resetting my computer and so far that has got me far. But then when I click the game main menu it freezes and flashes black and white.

    RGM12345  If you've brought over any content from your previous Sims 4 install (saves, mods, whatever), please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

    If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
