Sims 4 Seasons compatibility with Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU J3710

On my computer, everything meets the minimum requirements except for my CPU, the Intel Pentium J3710. By lowering the graphics and resolution a little bit, I have gotten the Get to Work pack and Get together pack to run with no issues, along with the base game. Recently I purchased the Cats and Dogs pack, which runs well overall, but crashes my entire computer when I go to create a dog in Create a Sim mode. I want to buy the Seasons pack but because it's newer, I don't know whether it will crash or not and EA support hasn't been able to answer any of my questions. I'm aware that my computer doesn't meet minimum requirements, so please don't link me to the Can You Run It website. If anyone has tested this pack out on a computer with this processor please let me know how it works!

    Hi @dilly703

    Unfortunately, if your PC doesn't meet minimum requirements, we cannot guarantee that our game will be working on it. It may launch or even work for some time, but if a problem occurs, we're unable to help from a technical point of view.

    You might try a few tweaks like turning all the graphics settings down to the lowest (including resolution) or launching the game in a smaller window to not overload your CPU, but I cannot tell you that it will work for sure. Especially if you CPU is the problem here - it may result in a PC crash every time.

    Have you ever heard of someone getting the Intel Pentium J3710 to work with the Sims 4 Seasons pack? I've heard nothing because its really new. I've only ever heard people using it with the Cats and Dogs pack and having the same problem as me.
