Unfortunately, if your PC doesn't meet minimum requirements, we cannot guarantee that our game will be working on it. It may launch or even work for some time, but if a problem occurs, we're unable to help from a technical point of view.
You might try a few tweaks like turning all the graphics settings down to the lowest (including resolution) or launching the game in a smaller window to not overload your CPU, but I cannot tell you that it will work for sure. Especially if you CPU is the problem here - it may result in a PC crash every time.

Have you ever heard of someone getting the Intel Pentium J3710 to work with the Sims 4 Seasons pack? I've heard nothing because its really new. I've only ever heard people using it with the Cats and Dogs pack and having the same problem as me.
