Sims 4 Seasons Lost my families

Hey guys Sims 4 Seasons isn't working for me either. I pre-ordered the game and when it downloaded I was able to access create-a-sim and choose a season but it wouldn't let me enter any of my homes. I went out removed all my script mods from the folder and it was able to load and let me play a family I had made previously with seasons however all my other households said they were filled with the same family I was playing. Ie. each lot said a different family name but had a portrait of the "Bales" then each lost just flashed blue and constantly loaded and it says that I only have 11 sims. I've restarted my computer, and downloaded the patch available in origins.
