Same, my game looks like it has a dark, blue filter and freezez (for example if I'm going to cook/ travel to a place or friend etc).
- Please update your mods. There's several outdated that can cause these overlays: TOOL, CleanUI, BBB
Make sure to delete the localthumbcache file if removing those doesn't help. There could be others
