sims 4 serial code
i bought sims 4 collectors edition for around £90, i downloaded the game on my pc and origin, ive been able to play the game since i got it in september, but i had to reset my pc yesterday, i went to redownload the sims 4 but when it gets to entering the product code it says its already been used even though i was the one who entered it first. i still have all my saves form the sims on my pc but im not able to play due to serial code, what do i do?
