Sims 4, "Sims 4 has Stopped working"

Sims 4 will not Load. I just got a new gaming laptop. I got it and DL the Sims 4 games I own. It booted up the first time but I didn't have time to actually play at that time and immedeatly exited out. After that when I came back it will no longer load. When I click it I get a message saying "Sims 4 has stopped working" and shuts it down. I have tried every problem solving thing I could find on the internet. Sims 4 help chat sent me a big long email of them. I do have windows 10 which a lot of people seem to have issues with on SIMs. I loaded sims 3 and it loaded fine but it did have a message that my graphics card was not one it recognized and pretty much told me if the game runs slow to lower the resolution. Game ran fine though with no issues on graphics.  Can anyone help me?

This is what I have:

Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
CPU
Intel Core i7-6700HQ 2.6 GHz
Screen
15.6" FHD
Memory
12 GB DDR4
Storage
1 TB HDD + 128 GB SSD
Optical Drive
DVD Super Multi
Graphics Card
GeForce GTX 960M
Video Memory
2 GB GDDR5

@Wi1dfire88 Is your laptop a MSI or ASUS laptop? Is Windows 10 updated? Are the windows drivers up to date? Many new computers have out of date drivers by the time they are sold. I don't know why gaming computers have 128 ssd for a system drive. Unless you are a very advanced user a 128Gb ssd can get swamped very easily (IMO). MSI and ASUS include an audio driver Nahimic which is known to cause issues. Nahimic is basically an audio mixer for adding effects like echo and this driver can be disabled and/or replaced to eliminate the crashing issue.
