sims 4 sims delivery pop-up freezing game
whenever i try to close the pop-up, it freezes my entire game and i can't open any other windows so I have to reset. Alt+f4 doesn't work, and I saw something else that said to edit the files to stop ...

faetheghast Okay, then if you can play as normal, you can sort through your mods to see which one is causing the issue. On the other hand, if the pop-up only appears once (since you can close it and proceed as normal), maybe it won't show up again.
But if it does show up again, and you aren't able to figure out which mod is the issue, try suppressing the mods pop-up at the Main Menu. It should be under Options > Game Options > Other.
