Sims 4, Sims Freeze but Time Goes On

After this previous patch for ghosts, my game has been constantly "freezing" you could call it. Whenever my game feels like it, (no matter what my sim is doing) they'll continue doing whatever action...

crinrict, it's odd that in this thread you pointed users to another thread where you gave absolutely no advice whatsoever other than to update drivers. You asked question after question in both topics yet provided no solution to the problem. That's absolutely useless. Why point people to a thread that doesn't have a single answer to the problem? This is a problem that still exists today. If you don't have a solution then stop bogging up the threads with pointless questions and requests for specs.
