Sims 4: Sims will not Complete Various Actions?
Alrighty, so I have the latest update, I don't use any game packs, and I use CC (currently using Mod Detector and various other methods to scan through CC folder).
The problem is that my sims will not complete various actions (that often make me have to use cheats to fulfil their needs), such as:
- They won't sleep, but they will nap
- They won't Try for Baby or Woohoo
- They won't use the shower or bathtub
- SOMETIMES, they will interact with other sims, but if a third sim is added to a conversation, they will stop talking and any actions I choose will just stock up in their queue bar
- If I have two sims sit down on a bed or couch together, I can select (like I can with conversations) actions such as 'cuddle' or 'tickle' but they will just stock up in their queue bar
- They won't cook or eat anything from the fridge, microwave or stove. If I hire a caterer, the caterer will just stand outside
- They won't level up in a skill once the skill meter has reached its limit
- They won't do certain things on the computer
BUT, on the contrary, they can:
- play the piano (but again, they won't level up once the skill bar has reached its limit)
- read a book (skills again, won't level up)
- get a job on their phone (I haven't checked to see if it will work on their computer)
- call and text other sims
- have conversations with other sims while standing or sitting in chairs (romantic interactions such as 'Give Rose', 'Kiss Hands', 'flirt', 'kiss', 'first kiss' and so on will work. Mean, funny, friendly and trick interactions will work as well - I haven't tested if group actions will work.) (Again, if one sim joins into a two sim conversation, they will stop taking my commands and stop interacting - though sometimes they will keep interacting, as long as I don't command any of the sims to do anything. Sometimes it works, others it wont.) (I can use the 'debug' cheat and sometimes it will unfreeze them, but as of recently that doesn't work either.)

I haven't tested everything yet, but that's all the stuff I'm aware of. This has been an on going issue for about.... two months? Either way, it used to be a lot, LOT worse, and I'm just hoping that once I've scanned and deleted and checked my CC that it'll be fixed. If anybody has any information or help, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO. This has become seriously annoying - I basically can't play the Sims 4 anymore.
Also, I can still use Build Mode and Create a Sim perfectly fine - no bugs or glitches there. Well, in CAS, whenever I select say a hair for the sim, switch over to make up or any other category, then come back to the hair category, the icons in hair category will be moved around and out of place - some will even be unreachable - but still selectable and generally functioning.
I'll try to get pics, maybe some videos of these bugs/glitches/whatevers asap - I currently don't have internet at home, so I won't get back to any replies, answers or anything right away, sorry!
