Sims 4 Spa Day and Luxury Stuff Pack not working

I have bought and downloaded both the Sims 4 Spa Day and the Luxury Stuff Pack. However, both are not appearing in my game. I have tried to repair game for 2-3 times but it did not work.

Any advice on this? Thank you so much!!

    Hi,

    wait times are long all over atm cause of the Fifa 16 release this week.

    What country are you in ? Calling or call-backs are also options, depending on your country

    Like this person I am still having all the same problems and I have been onto support who logged into my account and did whatever they did and assured me it was all working, but it is not.  So frustrating as Sims 4 is so boring without being able to get new additions workingI

    I reset my computer and I lost all the Sim game. I don't even know how to save the game since I change my window in Window 10.I Reinstall my Sims  4 on my DVD but the Sim stuff pack I don't have a DVD, which I only downloaded it  direct to EA.
