Hi,
I bought the game yesteday (september 7th) And I really enjoyed playing it- I turned it off after about 4hours.
The next day I wanted to play some more, start it up and it stops at the first screen after the the sims 4 screen comes up, and sometimes i don't even get past that??! I am going to try re-install the game and hopefully it will all be solved.
I have already made sure it isn't any firewall or windows administrator issue.
yea, that seems to be the same problem as mine.
I have tried all of the rocommended procedures to "fix" this problem, including uninstalling and re-installing the game aswell as origin,
and nothing has worked for me so far ☹️
I hope that you have some better luck than I.
Mine does this too-- It kind of just crashes over and over again. Other times it gets stuck on the Sims 4 opening screen.. Really annoying. Appears to be unfixable.
