I try to run Sims 4 through the EA app and it gets the the logo then stops and crash telling me it ran out of memory. The pc has a lot of storage left over.
However when I try it on steam and even linked my accounts, it'll let me click new game then stay at a white screen and then crash. I have tried everything suggested. Closing both apps, uninstalling sims from both platforms and even restarted my

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
