Sims 4 system requirements

Hi! Can anyone look at my attached dxdiag and tell me if my system is okay for the sims 4? I'm no good at interpreting it. Or if there's something I should upgrade? I've currently got The Sims 4 and expansions installed but my mouse is very slow and glitchy in game, not when paused or in the menu. I've tried downgrading the graphics, I've tried running 32 bit and turning off online. Please help!

You only have an integrated graphics chip. As it appears to be a desktop computer it should be possible to add an external Graphics card. Have someone that are experienced with computers look at it if you want to go that way. You have errors with Windows update meaning that the OS has not been updated for some time. Try running Windows update manually. You will need to run it more than once.

  • Asides from that, would you say it should be able to run it fine? The cursor in game goes slow and glitchy a lot. Sometimes it'll be totally fine, then its slow enough to make it unplayable.

Apart from the Graphics it will be able to run the game on medium settings. If you get a new graphics card then the graphics can be turned up. How much depends on the card. The CPU is a little weak but the main obstacle is graphics it nearly always is with games.
