@puzzlezaddict What do you do if try all that and its still broken?
@honeygirl25 To be clear, you've removed the Mods folder and not put back any mods, and deleted localthumbcache.package, and you still have the glitch? If so, try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
