Sims 4 UI scaling issues after Windows 11 upgrade

Game is still 1.80. Windows desktop is running at 3840x2160 at 250% scaling. Game is running 1080p (1920x1080). GPU is an RX 580. Latest drivers installed. The first attempt at running the game afte...

@EA_Leeuw It's the other way around. The monitor is a 50" 4K TV. The native resolution is 3840x2160. I game at 1080p because my RX 580 is not meant to game at that high a resolution.

@darkaudit, that is also possible, thanks for mentioning that! However as I mentioned, I'm afraid The Sims 4 and Origin don't have official support for Windows 11 (yet?), so it's possible that you'll run into potential issues more often than you'd like.
