Sims 4 UK release issues

2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3. Type in the name of the affected game
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

I've been trying to purchase the game for days now. 

And this keeps on coming up 

"Your order could not be completed. Try again later. [ref. #5000]"

i tried with a visa card and also got an EA Wallet credit. 

and still wont go through.

Im using a Mac and all my system requirements are fine.

@edenlou21 Can you check that your details are saved correctly on your Origin account, and that your payment details are fully up to date. You can check this through the Origin > Account & Privacy pages. 

If you're still having some trouble, please contact support. They can investigate the issue and advise on the appropriate way to proceed.
