Sims 4 unable to start
Ever since the last update, I've been unable to even start Sims 4 and instead receive this message:
Unable to start:
Cannot start because required game data is missing or damaged. Please repair or reinstall the game via Origin.

I've removed all mods. Checked the cache folders. Saved all of The Sims 4 filed located in the EA folder to a flashdrive, renamed the original file as a backup folder, and generated a new folder by trying to open Sims to see if that would clear the issue, but none of that has worked.
Right clicking and selecting repair only prompts Origin to go through and try and redownload the base game and every single expansion pack that I own, which it then says will take 5+ hours for the base game alone. It's near impossible to do when the download crashes every hour and restarting said download sets me back a heavy percentage. I have tried for the past few mornings to repair the game and only stop when its clear that the download speed is so low that it's pointless to continue. Yesterday I got up to 23% complete and this morning when I went back to download it a little more, it dropped back to only 3% downloaded. I honestly don't know what to do at this point, because it's clear that redownloading everything is not an option for me.
If anyone has some advice that might help, I would appreciate it.
I've attached images of the error code and my Sims 4 folder. I'm not sure how useful that second one is.
