Sims 4 unactivated and can't reactivate it

So, 2 years ago i think it was, my sister bought me the sims 4 for christmas. I opened it  up and followed the instructions and everything was good, I played everyday but then i got busy and didnt play it for a while, then when i do, it says that i need  product code and everything, but already did everything and by now i have lost the product code and cant activate it again. I have an origin account but says i have no games. What can i do so i can play it again without purchasing another sims 4 disc?

    The Sims 4 is connected to the Origin account you first activated it on. So log in to that account with the Origin client and you will see the game in your game library.

    Click it to start it. If it was uninstalled a download of the game will start. It will need updating.

    The same thing happened to me just now. I activated the Sims 4 about a month ago on my account. I have tried to play it just now but it asked me to activate the sims 4. I reentered the code but it says that code as already been activated. I know because i was the one who activated it. And now i cant play the sims 4 and ive paid out for it. 

    The game was not in my library so i searched in and attempted to download it but it asked me to purchase it. I ALREADY HAVE help please

  • It sounds like you have an account issue here. As Origin shouldn't be un-activating anything, as far as I know and making it look like you have to repurchase the game. Try contacting EA's customer service to see if they can help you. They can look into your account to see if there is something that needs to be done on their end.
