Sims 4 University: Sim won't change out of Debate Clothes

@VanetAnelle I have a similar issue but in reverse. My sim will not change into any 'uniform" for any activity except soccer. For the first two terms she did this without fail and it was correct. After 3rd term began....instead of a soccer uniform, she wears a skin tight, short, low cut formal dress with.....cowboy boots. sigh.
Its not any outfit ive ever used or seen.
(I also have missing homework, missing presentation board and was put on academic probation with a perfect GPA after she failed 2nd term with F's and D's....even though I did all homework, all assignments, never missed class AND even sat in on classes and tutored!)
