Sims 4 unplayable since 10/1/24 update

My game is unable to load at all. At first I could get to the menu page but now I can't even get pass the first loading page. It's just an infinate loading screen, music still plays and the plumbob still spins like normal, everything looks just like it should but it just never ends. I even have to force shut down my whole computer to get out of it, not even Ctrl+Alt+Esc is working on it. I also get a pixelated glitch over the volume setting if i change the volume while it is loading. I am only having theses issues on Sims 4 not having an problems with any other game. 

I have tried uninstalling my game and reinstalling. I've cleared all of the cache, save files, and last exeption files. Tried repair game thru the EA app and tried reinstalling that as well.

I've never had this issue before and I'm really not sure what to do at this point.
